Phil's career in insurance and financial planning covers more than 40 years. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter and a LPL Financial Advisor. A Fairfield University graduate, Phil and his family live in West Hartford.

Phil is a member of the Financial Planning Association, National Association of Financial Service Professionals, and the Estate and Business Planning Council of Hartford.
